Description: INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS Bids are solicited for furnishing the goods, supplies, equipment and/or services as set forth in this solicitation. Bids must be received Electronically or by Sealed Bid in the Purchasing Office by date and time specified. Bids that are either mailed or delivered must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director Purchasing, and have the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Bids should be mailed or hand delivered to the following address: San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department 2800 US Highway 281 North, Administration Bldg, 5th Floor San Antonio, TX 78212 Electronic Bids can not be accepted after the specified date/ time. Bids received late will be returned; they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid. The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. DIR BIDS ONLY: Terms and conditions of this solicitation and resultant contract shall be in accordance with DIR. Bid responses received from vendors that do not have an active DIR will be deemed as non responsive and will not be considered for award. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting BIDS for Proofpoint cybersecurity software subscriptions and support services to enhance the protection of SAWS email systems, endpoints, and sensitive organizational data. The proposed solution includes Proofpoint Core Email Protection, Regulatory Compliance, Digital Asset Security, Proofpoint Encryption, Platinum Support, Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information and Threat Management, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and Log API Forwarding. The Proofpoint solution will benefit SAWS by strengthening cybersecurity protections across email, endpoints, and sensitive data. The solution provides advanced email threat protection, encryption of sensitive communications, data loss prevention capabilities, visibility into user and data activity, and tools to identify and remediate security and compliance risks. Integration of security logs with SAWS security monitoring tools will further enhance threat detection, investigation, and incident response capabilities, supporting the protection of critical utility operations, customer information, and sensitive business data. SAWS reserve the right to Informally award this contract prior to the formal award Board This contract will be for one (1) year with three (3) annual optional renewals/extensions, for a total of four 4 years. If determined that an extension is favorable to the system, price and service considered, the award includes annual renewals. ALL LINE ITEMS MUST BE PRICED.
