INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS Bids are solicited for furnishing the goods, supplies, equipment and/or services as set forth in this solicitation. Bids must be received Electronically or by Sealed Bid in the Purchasing Office by date and time specified. Bids that are either mailed or delivered must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director Purchasing, and have the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting BIDS for Proofpoint cybersecurity software subscriptions and support services to enhance the protection of SAWS email systems, endpoints, and sensitive organizational data. The proposed solution includes Proofpoint Core Email Protection, Regulatory Compliance, Digital Asset Security, Proofpoint Encryption, Platinum Support, Endpoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information and Threat Management, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and Log API Forwarding. The Proofpoint solution will benefit SAWS by strengthening cybersecurity protections across email, endpoints, and sensitive data. The solution provides advanced email threat protection, encryption of sensitive communications, data loss prevention capabilities, visibility into user and data activity, and tools to identify and remediate security and compliance risks. Integration of security logs with SAWS security monitoring tools will further enhance threat detection, investigation, and incident response capabilities, supporting the protection of critical utility operations, customer information, and sensitive business data. SAWS reserve the right to Informally award this contract prior to the formal award Board This contract will be for one (1) year with three (3) annual optional renewals/extensions, for a total of four 4 years.
