26-08 - 50 Dairy Street Parking Lot Improvements
The Borough of Midland Park is soliciting bids for parking-lot improvements at 50 Dairy Street. Borough council records identify the site as the Dairy Street Recreation Complex and describe a field-and-parking-lot enhancement project supported by a $112,490 matching award from the Bergen County Open Space Trust Fund. This is a public-works improvement procurement, not a solicitation for a grant program.
