The project consists of the alteration of four shower rooms in a restricted access, residential occupied facility. Renovate four separate restrooms in different areas of the building. Scope includes demolition and replacement of interior partitions, utility work and infrastructure in existing floors, walls and ceilings. New finishes, fixtures and modifications to structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems are included. Plumbing: alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. HVAC: alter existing and add new construction. Electrical power and lighting: replace existing system with new construction, keeping existing in operation until ready for changeover. Fire suppression sprinklers: replace existing system with new construction. Fire alarm: restore existing system and equipment to operational condition.
