STORM SEWER REPAIR RFP
The Town of Clayton, Delaware is soliciting sealed bids for the Storm Sewer Repair project, which consists of repairing approximately 3,530 linear feet of existing storm sewer mains ranging from 8-inch to 42-inch diameter round pipe and 34-inch by 53-inch elliptical pipe using open-cut trench replacement and Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) construction methods. The work includes traffic control, milling, hot-mix trench and roadway paving, hot-mix overlay, and restoration of all surfaces disturbed by construction. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Clayton Town Hall, and bids will be opened publicly on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
