2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games Parcel Locker and Microhub Feasibility and Optional Deployment Support.

Description: The Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) seeks qualified firms to assess the feasibility and potential sites for parcel lockers and/or microhubs supporting freight delivery near 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues. Phase 1 is a non-compensated feasibility partnership expected to take two to four months, while SCAG may optionally authorize a compensated Phase 2 for deployment planning, integration, pilots, operations support, data collection, and evaluation. This is an open RFP for electronic responses due September 29, 2026, and it is not a grant program.
