2027-PS-003 Utility Prep for Chaffee Recreation Area RFP

Description: Contractor should supply all materials to complete utility stub ups for future drop in bathroom unit. For Sewer: trench and tie into sewer main with 4" waste pipe to be stubbed up to 24" above grade. Stub up should be protected and capped. All disturbed areas from trench should be replaced including sidewalk and roadway. The approx. length of sewer tie in is 50'. Installation of sewer line must meet local code. For Water Supply: Contractor must trench approx. 100' and provide 1.5" soft copper water service line stubbed up to future bathroom at one end and utility hand hole at the other end. Trench area must be repaired. Stub to be capped and protected. Installation of water supply line must meet local code. For electrical: Contractor must trench and install conduit approx. 200' from existing utility box to future bathroom location. Conduit to be 2" and contain pull strap. Trenched area must be repaired. Stub up must be capped and protected. Installation of electrical conduit must meet code.
