2027 CRISI Rural Rail Rehabilitation - PV Hooper Branch - PCC RFP

Description: The Washington State Department of Transportation is soliciting construction bids to improve railroad crossings and mainline track along the PV/Hooper Branch of the PCC Railroad system in Adams and Whitman counties, Washington. Work includes crossing, turnout, rail and tie improvements, paving, culverts, ballast, surveying, ditching, erosion control and traffic control.
