Volusia County’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency is soliciting construction services for passive flood mitigation improvements at the SMA Outpatient facility in Daytona Beach. The work includes waterproofing and flood-resistant construction, replacing openings with flood-rated assemblies, and elevating mechanical and electrical equipment to protect the building to an 8.0-foot flood elevation.
