2026 Terminal Building Remediation and Miscellaneous Modifications RFP

Description: Work of this project includes several projects at terminal 1, terminal 2, and MSP campus outbuildings. These projects include but are not limited to demolition, curtainwall replacements, doors, door hardware, masonry, finish improvements, painting, pest control, signage updates, exterior sun shading repairs, gutter repair, interior leak control, and sealant work. Mechanically, this project includes trench drain replacement, bottle filler replacements, exhaust fan replacement, condensate pump replacement, heating pump improvements, finned tube radiation improvements, relief valve and expansion tank improvements, and MAU replacement. Electrically, this project includes lighting replacements, and disconnect/reconnections for various other items. Project also includes abatement of hazardous materials.
