2026 Small Diameter ACP Sewer Rehabilitation Project

Description: The Village of Schaumburg is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Small Diameter ACP Sewer Rehabilitation Project, an Invitation for Bid for sanitary sewer rehabilitation work. The project includes sewer cleaning and televising, CIP lining of approximately 18,730 lineal feet of 8-inch and 10-inch sewer, lateral t-liners, cleanouts, dye testing, service-lateral grouting, lateral reinstatements, and related traffic control and miscellaneous work. Bids must be submitted electronically by August 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, with a 10% bid security requirement and a 100% performance bond requirement.
