2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Cascade Dr, Briarwood Square, Algonquin Dr, Joliet Rd, Potawatomie Trail, and Cochise Dr RFP

Description: Work includes approx 1,937 LF of 8" through 12" sanitary sewer utilizing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, together with all associated appurtenant work. Additional work includes grouting one (1) manhole to mitigate groundwater infiltration, cutting protruding service taps, providing sanitary sewer flow control and bypass pumping as required, traffic control and protection, sealing and adjusting manhole frames, post-construction closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection of the rehabilitated sewer, final restoration, and all incidental and collateral work.
