2026 Road Repair Project RFP

Description: Roadway rehabilitation (grind and overlay) of village-owned and maintained streets. The work includes, but is not limited to, pavement surface removal, intermittent curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, full-depth pavement patching, intermittent driveway pavement removal and replacement, utility structure adjustments, placement of hot-mix asphalt (HMA) binder and surface courses, landscape restoration, pavement markings, traffic control and protection, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications. The total project length is approx., 5,102 LF (0.97 miles). The project also includes aggregate shoulder maintenance, intermittent pavement patching, and curb and gutter replacement.
