2026 Public Utilities Fairfield WWTP Waterline Replacement
Description: The City of Fairfield is soliciting bids for replacement of aging water distribution and raw sludge pipelines at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes removing existing utilities, installing more than 3,000 feet of new waterlines ranging from 1 to 12 inches, associated conduit, valves, hydrants, backfill, and related site improvements. The project also requires rerouting a raw sludge line and submitting complete bid documents, construction specifications, plans, and required bonding.
