2026 Old Town Sidewalk Removal and Replacement Project Round 2

Description: The City of Pocatello is seeking bids for full replacement of identified sidewalk hazards, non-compliant curb and sidewalk sections, and ADA ramps in Historic Downtown Pocatello. The work addresses trip and accessibility hazards, and the contractor must provide MUTCD-compliant traffic control while maintaining pedestrian access on one side of the street. The construction contract is funded through federal CDBG appropriations and the Pocatello Regional Transit Authority, will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total unit-price bid, and has an expected one-year duration.
