Upper Midwest Clean Energy & Capacity RFP
The North American Energy Markets Association (NAEMA) is posting this Energy & Capacity RFP on behalf of LevelTen Energy on behalf of four Buyers: Central Municipal Power Agency/Services (CMPAS), Connexus Energy, Great Lakes Utilities (GLU), and Cedar Falls Utilities (CFU).
