Generally consists of the following: construction of asphaltic pavement inlays and overlays; construction of aggregate base for roadways; asphalt concrete removal (grinding); roadway excavation; temporary signage, protection, and traffic control; striping and pavement markings; construction of concrete curbs ramps and sidewalk. 1 LS mobilization; 1 LS temporary work zone traffic control, complete for commercial street; 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 1,225 CY general excavation; 1,355 SY 12" depth subgrade stabilization; 2939 SY subgrade geotextile; 19 EA adjusting boxes; 1 EA replace water valve boxes; 12,090 SY cold plane pavement removal, 0-2" deep; 817 CY 3/4" - 0 aggregate base; 1,005 ton level 2, 1/2" dense ACP mixture; 3,300 LF crack sealing; 2656 SY 2" asphalt concrete pavement repair; 1,848 SY 4" asphalt concrete pavement repair; 221 SY 6" asphalt concrete pavement repair; 343 SY 7" asphalt concrete pavement repair; 1 EA extra for speed cushion; 9 EA mono-directional white type IAR markers; 57 EA bi-directional yellow type IAR markers; 9 EA bi-directional blue type IAR markers; 4,700 LF thermoplastic, extruded, surface, nonprofiled; 480 SF pavement bar, type B-HS; 1 EA Pavement legend, type B-HS: arrows; 2 EA pavement legend, type B-HS "bump"; 1 EA pavement legend, type B-HS: "speed cushion"; 1 LS detector installation, SW walnut st; 1 LS roadside restoration.
