2026 Bar Screen Building Rehabilitation Project for the Westfall Campus (Request for Quote)

Description: Work consists of rehabilitation of bar screen building. Work includes building roof to be replaced; replacement of (2) existing windows in-kind with similar size; removal of non-functional lift system, electrical wiring, and conduit with safety grating to be installed to patch, as required; remove existing fixed ladder, safety chain, and safety railings, that accesses pit, replace with in kind and same size; removal of existing ventilation fan, electrical wiring, conduit, and louvers, replace in kind with same size and cubic feet per minute; removal of (4) existing interior lighting fixtures, switches, conduit, and replace with kind similar size; removal of (1) existing overhead heater, switch, conduit and replace in kind with similar size.
