Verification that utilities are disconnected and that the homeowner has vacated premises must be done prior to beginning work. Demolition of structures (houses) and any outbuildings. Demolition of associated driveways, sidewalks, fences, mailboxes, and landscaping. Removal of all structure foundation and basement walls to at least 1 foot below the finish grade of the site.
