Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract 14.3 - College Park CIPP Lining
The City of Laurinburg, NC is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Bridge Creek and College Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract 14.3 – College Park CIPP Lining. The project consists of approximately 30,700 linear feet of 8-inch through 18-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining within the College Park area of the city's wastewater collection system. Bids will be received at Laurinburg City Hall until 2:00 PM local time on September 1, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud; bidding documents must be obtained through Duncan-Parnell's issuing office to be considered an official plan holder. The estimated construction cost is $2,300,000 and a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on August 12, 2026.
