2024 Community Development Clute Sanitary Sewer Improvements - Bryan Subdivision
Installation of wastewater collection network improvements within the Bryan Subdivision in Clute, Texas, including: Approx. 4,000 LF of 8” SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe by dry bore & open cut, with appurtenances. Approx. 2,000 LF of 10” SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe by dry bore & open cut, with appurtenances. Twenty-one (21) 4’ diameter and one (1) 6’ diameter sanitary sewer manholes including pipe connections. Forty-five (45) 6” long-side residential service connections by open cut or dry bore under roadway pavement with cleanouts. Fifty-two (52) 6” short-side residential service connections with cleanouts.
