Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids through an open Invitation for Bids (IFB), not a grant program, for industrial conveyor maintenance and repair services in its Northern Virginia District. The selected contractor must provide a mechanic with a service truck for scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and related welding and snow-removal support across Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties. Pricing covers response/travel fees, mechanic and assistant labor, welding, snow mobilization and daily snow rates, and flat-fee preventive maintenance.
