Service: Imaging Maintenance and Repair *SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: The contractor, Siemens Healthcare, shall provide services in accordance with all applicable laws/governing doctrine for the proper and safe intended performance thereof. The following are the minimum Government expectations however the contractor shall ensure all equipment is always performing as intended. This is a turnkey contract in which the contractor accepts full responsibility of all Government owned property and shall service/repair/maintain all the equipment inclusive of parts at no additional cost to the Government.
