Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair, and/or Installation Contracting Service RFP

Description: Work includes maintenance, repair and/or replacement of overhead doors and rollup doors on the campuses of college. Maintenance will be done on an as-needed basis. There are approximately 48 campus doors that require servicing. This may include lubrication of all moving parts, track alignment, cleaning and adjustment of safety sensors and limit switches, testing of safety interlocks, and tightening of hardware. Installation of new overhead doors on the campuses.
