Description: The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Construct New BioTech Multidisciplinary Research Building project at Stony Brook University. The project is an approximately 68,000 GSF, five-story research facility connected to the Medical and Research Translation Building, with flexible biomedical laboratories and specialized research infrastructure. The scope covers design for the entire project, an embedded program study, and evaluation of geothermal integration for research programs including AI in medicine, advanced therapeutics, healthy aging, neuroscience, and cardiovascular and kidney disease; the estimated construction value is approximately $150,000,000.
