The design shall include provisions for the removal and replacement of the existing traffic signal system equipment and Americans with disabilities act (ADA)-compliant improvements as required by traffic signal construction to the sidewalk pedestrian ramps. Accessible pedestrian signal (APS) analysis: the consultant shall complete the APS spreadsheet tool for each of the four crosswalks on the project intersections to determine the applicability of accessible pedestrian signal accommodations.
