01 - STC - Kohl Center Fire Alarm Upgrade RFP

Description: In general the work consists of the addition of devices to the existing Johnson Controls addressable voice fire alarm system serving the Center. The project will upgrade the existing facility to meet the general requirements of alarm initiation and the notification for general evacuation. The work includes the addition of detection devices in the form of heat, smoke, and duct smoke detection, as well as the addition of notification devices in the form of speakers (voice) and strobe lights. Work shall include all mobilization costs to accommodate owner's use of facility.
