Wylie Independent School District

This is an amendment to an existing agreement between EverDriven Technologies, LLC. (Contractor) and Wylie Independent School District (District) for alternative transportation solutions. Killeen Independent School District

This agreement between EverDriven Technologies, LLC. and Killeen Independent School District establishes terms for alternative student transportation services. EverDriven will coordinate services, with pricing based on Attachment 1 and referencing OMNIA Partners Contract No. R230901. The contract is effective from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, and includes provisions for fees, rate adjustments, operational policies, personnel requirements, and vehicle standards. A quote for specific daily routes estimates a daily cost of $300.00 for two students.

Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District

This document is Amendment 1 to RFP #24-13, effective September 1, 2025, between EverDriven Technologies, LLC. and Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District. The amendment extends the agreement term to August 31, 2026, and revises the fees for service as detailed in Attachment 1.
