Board attorney/legal services. Services requested include: General Counsel Services; Labor/Personnel Counsel Services; ​ Special Education Counsel Services.

Provide legal services on an as-needed basis in connection with matters assigned by the board. The selected special counsel shall provide legal representation, guidance, and advisory services related to specialized legal matters affecting the district. See attached file.

Provide qualified, licensed full service law firms to represent the district in the capacity of labor relations counsel for labor relation matters and litigation.

Seeking an individual attorneys and/or law firms to represent the district as its district counsel. The attorneys and/or firms selected by the district would serve as legal counsel to the administrative control board and the district s administration on an at-will basis.

The City of Pittsburgh seeks qualified attorneys and firms to provide Federal Litigation Services, including civil rights defense and 42 U.S.C Section 1983 claims. The solicitation aims to pre-select vendors for as-needed legal services, with a focus on firms licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Successful proposers will be engaged on a rotating basis for various legal tasks such as litigation, trial preparation, and legal advice.

The New Mexico Public Education Department is seeking legal representation for ongoing litigation concerning Rule 6.10.5 NMAC regarding school calendar requirements. This sole-source procurement is awarded to Spencer Fane, LLP to provide litigation representation, briefing, research, and consultations. The contract period is scheduled to run from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.

The City of Carlsbad is soliciting proposals for on-call tenant relocation and replacement housing services to ensure compliance with California relocation and replacement housing laws for projects involving demolition or conversion. Services include historic income verification, affordability determination, calculation of replacement obligations, and facilitation of assistance to displaced residents. To perform construction services for the district office tenant improvement

Seeking proposals from qualified, independent individuals and law firms to serve as outside legal counsel to the board to provide legal services as described.

The Greater Portland Transit District (GPTD) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to serve as Bond Counsel for a five-year term, with two optional one-year extensions. The selected firm will prepare and review bond-related documentation, provide legal opinions, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and advise on transit financing matters; respondents must submit firm experience, attorney bios, references, and a fee proposal. The solicitation appears to be open as of 2026-05-11 with a questions due date and a closing date in June 2026.

To provide bond counsel services for the northern Tazewell wastewater treatment plant upgrade and the falls mills wastewater treatment plant upgrade.

The City of Fort Lauderdale is soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive commercial lease administration and tenant relations management services for the City’s real property portfolio, acting as the dedicated lease administrator and tenant-facing contact. The contract term is two years with options to extend and requires firms with at least five years of verifiable experience and appropriate Florida licensing. The solicitation is an open RFP with proposals due on June 8, 2026.

The Vermillion Cliffs Special Service District (VCSSD) seeks qualified individual attorneys or law firms to serve as District Counsel on an at-will basis to provide a broad range of legal services including labor relations, human resources, and litigation.
