- Slate CRM user access roles: 11 user accounts had security administrator access, including 4 external consultants. - Slate access governance issues: 54 users had duplicate roles and 88 users had high-risk permissions. - IT will centralize Slate security administration effective September 1, 2026 and run a baseline access review by December 18, 2026.
