The Village of Canastota (NY) is soliciting bids for the 2026 Tree Removal Project to trim/remove trees and grind stumps within village rights-of-way at specified addresses. The contractor must remove debris daily, provide approved traffic control, and comply with NYS prevailing wage rates under PRC #2026004284. Bidders are required to include a $500 bid security, and all contract work must be completed prior to the June 3, 2026 deadline.

The University of Kansas is soliciting proposals for on-call tree removal and stump grinding services across KU properties, including Lawrence, Edwards, Medical Center, and the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. The contract period runs from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, with two one-year renewal options and includes emergency response and utility coordination. Bidders must have at least five years of commercial or municipal experience and employ an ISA Certified Arborist to be eligible for the contract.

Sandy City is seeking a vendor for tree trimming, tree, and stump removal services.

The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation is soliciting vendors to provide on-call snow and ice removal services (plowing, salting, sanding) for Quincy Shore Drive and William J. Day Boulevard. The contract term is an initial 2.5 years with two optional 2-year renewals (total 6.5 years) and an estimated annual value of approximately $235,000.

Provide snow removal and anti-skid material application services. See attached file.

Service will be on an as needed basis. It anticipates roof snow shoveling to be necessary when the snow accumulates to approximately 24” on the rooftops. Once called, the contractor must respond within 24 hours.

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking qualified contractors to provide earth excavation and snow removal services under a four-year Request for Qualifications. Contractors must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, possess required equipment, comply with applicable codes, and provide required equipment lists for inspection.

This project provides for the acquisition of a snow removal carrier vehicle and 24' plow attachment. Approx. quantities of major items of work are as follows: Item description Quantity Unit of Measure, 1 LS of Snow Removal Carrier Vehicle; 1 EA of Snow Plow – 24' width.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is soliciting bids to provide snow and ice removal services on seven designated routes/lots within Loudoun County for the 2026-2027 contract year. The contract begins July 1, 2026 and runs through June 30, 2027 with four one-year optional renewals, and specifies equipment and operator requirements across seven lots. Bidders must provide required licensed operators, meet insurance and OSHA requirements, and submit bids by the stated deadline.

Tree removal & trimming. Scope of work includes - tree removal: minimum 72' aerial lift (2 section w/ elevator), with operator and including full complement of power saws, hydraulic stick saw, blower, hand tools and other equipment necessary for ordinary tree care and removal operations. Two-man crew required, one to operate aerial lift and one ground man; see attached file.

Tree Obstruction Removal and Service Route project consisting of tree removal, construction of a service route, earth excavation, seeding and other work.

Provide on-call tree removal and pruning services.

San Diego Unified School District seeks an experienced tree service contractor to provide districtwide tree trimming, pruning, removal, and emergency response services, requiring certified arborist oversight and compliance with prevailing wage laws. The contract term begins around July 1, 2026 with project duration through June 30, 2031, and covers on-call and as-needed services across district sites. Bidders must submit electronic responses and provide required documents such as insurance, Exhibit B and Attachments, W-9, and DIR/CSLB printouts.

2026 Tree Removal Service.

Grind depth shall be 24” below grade or once through the bottom of the stump. The contractor is responsible for coordinating utility markings for each stump. ALL (100%) shavings/grinded stump and root material shall be removed from the stump hole! All roots 1” diameter and larger shall be ground. The stump site shall be backfilled with a soil mixture to meet the following specifications in “Soil Requirements” below. A certificate from the topsoil provider shall be supplied to the COR prior to installation. Examples of topsoil providers, in no particular order are: Stancills, TE Woods, Egypt Farms, JK Enterprises. See attached file.

Remove various trees throughout the town on an as needed basis.

Removal of infested ash trees and replacement in kind with diverse tree species. Ash tree removal is an area generally located east of White Bear Avenue, between County Road F and County Road E.

Furnishing of labor and equipment to perform on call pruning and removal of trees and shrubs.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) issued a Local Let Maintenance Contract to perform tree trimming and brush removal along US 69 in Cherokee County, with an estimated cost of $157,228 and a required completion within 78 working days. The project is a waived/prequalified local-let solicitation where bidding is restricted to prequalified contractors who must submit a questionnaire if requested. The solicitation was posted on May 13, 2026, and responses are due by June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
