The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is soliciting a consultant to provide commercial and transaction advisory services for the Gopalpur Desalination PPP Project in Odisha, India (Procurement 0002022797). The project involves the development of a 100 MLD seawater desalination plant through a public-private partnership (PPP) model, with IFC supporting IDCO.
