Proposals from qualified real estate developers, investors, development teams, and/or brokerage entities for the acquisition and redevelopment of the property. Respondents shall provide a comprehensive redevelopment proposal outlining the intended acquisition, redevelopment strategy, financing approach, and operational plan for the property. Proposals should demonstrate the respondent s ability to successfully acquire, redevelop, finance, and operate the property in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of the buffalo urban renewal agency and the city.

The State of Alabama, through its Department of Finance Division of Purchasing, is soliciting bids for Truck Bodies & Camper Shells installation and repair services. The University of New Mexico is soliciting proposals for an Oracle Fusion Program Director to lead an Oracle Cloud transformation across finance, HR, and planning. The role requires end-to-end program leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and financial oversight for implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, EPM). The engagement is a multi-year program (approximately 24 months) with an estimated total value roughly in the $2,000,000–$5,000,000 range.

Stony Brook University Hospital (a SUNY campus) is soliciting procurement of Stryker Hospital Prime Stretchers under PREMIER GPO PP-NS-1569. The hospital will consider OEM-equivalent products only if they meet the clinical performance standards and KPIs, and vendors must provide supporting documentation, demonstrations/trials, and OEM authorization. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k and designates a single permitted contact for procurement communications.

Provides technical assistance to counterpart governments in developing and transitional countries to strengthen public financial management (PFM) systems and improve the effectiveness of Ministries of Finance and related institutions. Through resident (long-term) and intermittent (short-term) engagements, advisors work directly with counterpart officials to promote fiscal reforms characterized by informed budget decision-making, strong fiscal discipline, transparent financial operations, and greater accountability in the management of public resources.

The Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) has posted an exempt bid solicitation for Investment Management Services for fiscal year 2027, procurement reference 27-560IFA-IFA56-B-53232.
