Inland Empire Health Plan issued an RFP for an Electronic Health Record System (RFP-26-07045) seeking proposals to provide an EHR solution. The solicitation lists an estimated value range between $250,000 and $2,500,000 and includes a vendor questions due date of June 3, 2026. Proposals are due on June 19, 2026, and all official documents and response instructions are hosted on the buyer's official portal.

The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for infrastructure upgrades to support Electronic Health Record Modernization at the Togus VAMC in Augusta, Maine. The project scope includes electrical and HVAC upgrades, a new 2,000 GSF data center addition, telecommunications improvements, and hazardous material abatement. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted Request for Proposals under FAR Part 15 with an estimated performance period of 730 days.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) issued Special Notice HT003826X0000 to plan a competitive follow-on award for the MHS GENESIS Electronic Health Record (EHR) under the Healthcare Delivery Solutions (HCDS) program, seeking industry engagement and input. The notice includes industry day materials and Q&A documents and describes objectives to modernize the EHR, improve interoperability with VA and federal partners, and leverage commercial technologies. This is a planning/special notice (RFI/industry engagement) leading toward solicitation activities; it is not a grant program.

Requirement to obtain a commercial-off-the-shelf (cots) electronic records management (erm) system.

The Montgomery County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, is issuing an RFP to obtain comprehensive inmate medical, dental, and behavioral health services for the Montgomery County Jail. The selected provider must ensure full compliance with Ohio Minimum Standards for Jails and National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) standards. Services include staffing, medical records management, infectious disease control, and pharmaceutical services for the facility located in Dayton, Ohio.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Mechanicsburg issued RFQ SPRMM126QKD04 seeking an electronic component (NSN 5998012394131) with MIL-STD-2073 packaging and ISO 9001 quality-system requirements. The procurement is a Request for Quotation to be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria and requires higher-level inspection and supplier quality/inspection records. Quotes are due June 16, 2026, and the opportunity is currently active having been published on March 18, 2026.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Land and Maritime) is soliciting proposals for two electronic component NSNs under an anticipated indefinite-quantity contract with three base years and two option years. The procurement is unrestricted and will be conducted under FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), with evaluation based on price, past performance, and delivery. The full solicitation is expected to be available on the DIBBS portal around June 15, 2026, while the current notice lists a response deadline of June 8, 2026.
