Seeking Janitorial Services.

The New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is soliciting a contractor to manufacture and supply the Certificate of Title for Vehicles and Vessels (DMV Form MV-999), producing approximately 10,000,000 forms over a five-year term. The contract requires printing on custom security paper with specified security features, proofs, pre-production samples, and annual orders of roughly 2,000,000 forms. The period of performance runs from 2027-02-05 to 2032-02-04 and the procurement is valued in the $5M–$15M range (estimate).

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles issued an RFI to gather information from qualified third-party vendors for implementing registration renewal payment plans under AB 296 (2025). The vendor must provide real-time underwriting, assume financial risk, and integrate into DMV digital channels like DriveNV. The selected provider will ensure compliance with state and federal law while remitting full payment to the DMV at the time of transaction.

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a qualified contractor to provide HVAC replacement services at the Staunton DMV location.
