The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) seeks a modern, cloud-based Data Analytics Platform (DAP) to extract, analyze, migrate, and report Medicaid data, replacing legacy systems and improving transparency, reporting accuracy, and program oversight. The project includes migration of roughly 110-120 TB of historical data and conversion of over 650 reports/dashboards, development of 30 curated data products, and ongoing support phases. The initial contract term is five years with two one-year options and an anticipated go-live no later than July 1, 2029.

Public safety data analytics platform & all support services. The project objectives are to: eliminate stove pipe data and enabling the effective use of all available data sources by integrating internal case management data with external law enforcement feeds in near real time. This will enhance and bring efficiency to the operations of the office of community supervision & intervention services (ocis) staff in their daily duties ensuring access to timely factual data to the csos that will enable them to make informed decisions. Enhance management’s capabilities to assess and monitor all operational activities, agency support components, and resources to improve management’s capability to make fully informed decisions on responding to the dynamic changes that evolve in the public, which requires the public safety, law enforcement community to instantly respond, and take action. These events directly impact performance, location, and how the agency takes action in any given situation. These dynamic occurrences of events, situations, circumstances now require that management in is equipped with instant access to all available data at an enterprise level at any given time. Audit and data analytics software

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is soliciting competitive proposals for a Master Data Management and Analytics Solution to improve data integrity, quality, and integration with existing systems. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for an additional 24 months, with work primarily performed in Topeka, KS. Bidders must meet specific certifications regarding immigration reform and telecommunications restrictions while providing a Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate.

The Springfield School Department is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to create and maintain an online analytics platform with interactive dashboards and data tools that allow Springfield Public Schools (SPS) staff to easily view student, HR, and finance data from SPS systems. The pilot group for this dashboard will be the Innovations Schools of the Springfield Public Schools (ISSPS) for creation, implementation, maintenance and support.

Provide an electronic research administration platform (eRAP). The platform will manage complex research awards end-to-end, including proposal development and submission, negotiation, award setup, compliance tracking, subaward management, reporting, and closeout. Requires that the eRAP solution includes a comprehensive suite of research administration and compliance modules. These modules must operate as an integrated ecosystem, either natively within the platform or cross-platform through secure data sharing, using standards-based middleware techniques. All modules must support seamless workflow orchestration, shared data models, and unified reporting capabilities.

Requesting input on the draft solicitation documents for legal research platform. This is a new state contract to provide online access for eligible purchasers to authoritative legal content, including federal and state case law, statutes, regulations, administrative decisions, and secondary sources such as treatises, practice guides, and law reviews.

Texas Tech University issued an RFP seeking a comprehensive Research Administration Platform to support proposal development, grant management, compliance tracking, reporting/analytics, and vendor training/support. The solicitation requires submission of a complete proposal including a Proposer Response Form, HUB Subcontracting Plan, and signed conflict of interest disclosures, with anticipated contract value in the multimillion-dollar range.
