The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) issued an Invitation to Bid for distribution of USDA Foods to Recipient Agencies in Service Area 1, Region 2 to support the National School Lunch Program. The contractor will handle receiving orders, warehousing and delivering dry, frozen, and chilled USDA Foods, maintain storage/temperature controls, and register with USDA WBSCM. The contract is expected to commence upon execution and remain effective through June 30, 2027.

The Illinois Department of Agriculture issued an emergency procurement to decontaminate and repair two perchloric fume hoods that present significant fire and explosion hazards due to acid residue accumulation. The vendor Illini Environmental LLC was selected to perform these hazardous repairs to restore laboratory functionality for essential feed, fertilizer, and limestone analyses. The contract period is scheduled to run from late April 2026 through July 2026 to ensure the safety of the Chemistry lab facilities.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture is soliciting a one-time purchase of eight Honda HSS928AATD snowblowers and related accessories for the Truckee Border Protection Station. The procurement includes specific maintenance items such as covers, batteries, shear pin kits, and spark plugs to ensure safety during winter conditions. Bidders must provide new, current-production items with freight included and meet specific California small business or veteran enterprise certification requirements.

The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) is soliciting a contractor to provide statewide technical assistance to support its Regional Food System Development Programs, delivering services such as business coaching, access to capital support, marketing and supply-chain improvements. The contract term is initially six months with options to renew up to one additional year, with work performed throughout Oregon and in regions served by the RFABCs. Proposals are due June 11, 2026; the opportunity is an open market procurement (not a grant).

San Juan County, NM is soliciting bids to establish a price agreement for pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, fertilizers and related landscape chemicals to support Public Works and Parks & Facilities. The contractor will perform statewide assessments, including biological surveys as needed, and deliver a detailed report with recommendations; period of performance is approximately 12 months. The solicitation was posted 2026-05-21 with a response deadline of 2026-06-05 on the Hawaii eProcurement portal (HANDS).

Cleburne Independent School District (Cleburne ISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to renovate the cafeteria serving lines at Cleburne High School. The project includes removal/disposal of existing equipment, procurement and installation of new serving line equipment, and ensuring the cafeteria remains operational during work; the estimated budget is approximately $295,000 and the contract must be completed by August 3, 2026. The procurement will use federal funds in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, USDA, and Texas Department of Agriculture guidelines.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service issued a prospectus on May 29, 2026, soliciting applications to operate and maintain 35 government-owned recreation facilities across the Tahoe National Forest. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, MRPBS) issued a presolicitation seeking to lease 1,700–2,382 ABOA square feet of scientific support space/warehouse in Bethel, OH with occupancy estimated 07/01/2028. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation, and delivery is scheduled for the Flagstaff, AZ area between June and September 2026. The State of Idaho’s Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA), issued an RFP to procure advertising, marketing, public relations, and creative services to support programs such as Idaho Preferred, Invasive Species, and Produce Safety.
