Construct and develop three (3) 16" diameter raw water wells at property owned by the Miami Conservancy District (MCD) at the confluence of Twin Creek and the Great Miami River with public access along Franklin-Trenton Road in Franklin Township. Each well will be constructed using cable tool to a depth of approx. 95-100 LF below ground surface (ft. bgs), equipped with stainless steel screens, and developed with a Parry #4 Quartz Sand gravelpacked filter column. Upon complete development, each well is anticipated to produce 2,100 to 2,500 gallons per minute (gpm).
