MICC Fort Irwin is seeking information from parties able to provide continuous bulk supply and tanker delivery of odorized Grade HD-5 LPG meeting ASTM D1835 / GPA Standard 2140 to four DPW-managed tank farms at USAG Fort Irwin and the National Training Center. The contemplated acquisition is a single requirements contract with firm-fixed-price economic price adjustment pricing, a 12-month base period, four 12-month options, and an optional six-month extension. This sources-sought notice is market research to inform the procurement method if the requirement materializes; the government may set it aside for small businesses or conduct full and open competition.
