Qualified firm or team (the Consultant) to serve as the Owner’s Representative and provide project administration services during the design and construction of the upstream fish passage and collection systems and related facilities at Chief Joseph Dam. The UCUT P2IP Committee intends to contract for the construction of the Project utilizing the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) method, with the GC/CM contractor to be selected through a separate RFQ/RFP process during the early design phase of the Project. The successful Consultant will serve as the UCUT P2IP Committee’s Owner’s Representative and provide project administration services (the Services) throughout the design, construction, and commissioning of the Project. As the Project site is adjacent to an active hydroelectric dam operated by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the design and construction of the Project will involve coordination with federal and state agencies.
