It is aligned with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Accessible Canada Act (ACA), focusing on key areas including customer service, information and communications, employment, transportation, procurement, and training. The plan aims to address barriers in the physical environment, learning environment, and systemic attitudes, fostering equitable, inclusive, and accessible learning and working environments that promote dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity for all stakeholders.
