Description: The Upper Canada District School Board is seeking a pre-qualified architectural firm to provide design development, contract-document and tender assistance, and construction and contract administration for renovations at Chesterville Public School. The work includes HVAC ventilation and filtration upgrades to a minimum MERV 13, design of an approximately 48 kW net-metering DC solar PV array, assessment of a possible primary electrical-feed upgrade, replacement of roof materials on section A, and Class D and B estimates. This is an open, online-only services RFQ—not a grant program—and responses are due November 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
