Replace existing 480V MCC-1, 2, and 3, as well as the 208V MCC-PPA and Panels EM-LPC1 and EM-LPC. Comprehensive servicing shall be performed for MCC-6, MCC-7, MCC-H3, and the Main Switchgear PSC. Within the tunnel area near the stairs, the contractor is responsible for updating the high-voltage plywood section and providing a proper enclosure and wiring for high-voltage cabling. The scope further includes upgrading existing generator conduit and conductor sizes and the installation of new panels, an ATS, and a transformer to provide standby power to designated existing equipment. This includes connecting receptacles and lighting for specific offices, various panels (CPB, CLB, H2A, MCP-1), Boilers 4 and 5, and associated blowers and fans, contingent upon standby power capacity. Additionally, the contractor shall install enclosed Shark 250 meters on the existing 3300kVA transformer and other equipment as shown on the plans and replace conductors from the 480V switchboard to Distribution Panel MCC-12.
