Travis County WCID No. 17 is soliciting sealed construction bids—not grant applications—for 17 STEINER RANCH EFFLUENT PONDS LINER REPLACEMENT. The work generally consists of replacing the geomembrane liner in the two existing effluent holding ponds, which have a total storage volume of 30 million gallons, with an estimated project cost of $2,800,000.
