Town of Whitakers

This Land Use Plan for the Town of Whitakers, adopted in 2026, serves as a 10-year roadmap to guide future community decisions and development, balancing preservation with managed growth towards 2036. It addresses key elements such as residential development and neighborhood preservation, community facilities and infrastructure, economic development, transportation, appearance and historic resources, natural and environmental resources, and intergovernmental collaboration.
