Town of Saluda

This document outlines the vision and priorities for the Town of Saluda, aiming for revitalization through unity and leadership. The council of the Town of Saluda will hold a public hearing on the municipal budget for the Fiscal Year 2026 (October 2025 to September 2026). Immediately following the Public Hearing, Council will hold a special called Council Meeting for the second reading on the FY26 Budget. The current fiscal projected revenue change is 7%. The current fiscal projected expenditures change is 7%. The proposed FY26 Millage is 96.9 mills.

The Town of Saluda will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed FY26 Budget Ordinance and an Ordinance Amending the Business License Ordinance to Update the Class and Rate Schedule as Required by Act 176 of 2020.

The Town of Saluda will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments on a proposed ordinance to set a Franchise Fee Rate for Cable Service Provider, Brightspeed, and an ordinance setting a Telecommunications Franchise Fee and Consent for Spectrum. The hearing will include citizen appearances and council comments.
