New bearing walls (posts and beams) will be attached to the existing building (north and south walls) to support new roof trusses. The additions will have 22’ span mono pitch trusses, 3/12 pitch, framed to connect to the existing roof pitch. Interior will be finished with 5/8” sheetrock. Exterior siding and trim to match existing addition. Roofing: Metal or PVC. Roofing should include the entire main roof. Sprinkler system per NFPA Requirements.
