Work consists of demolition & framing: remove existing interior wall separating office 59 and office 61 to create a single large open office space. Close up and resurface three (3) existing door openings. Windows: add one (1) new large exterior window on the north wall. Flooring & wall finishes: re-carpet the new unified space. Install tac board across all interior walls. Lighting & electrical: replace existing lighting fixtures with energy-efficient led fixtures. Install ceiling-fed power and data drops down to the center of the room to accommodate eight (8) computer stations.
