The board meeting included discussions on grants and donations, such as a $10,000 donation from Dollar Bank and $170 from donors. Sponsorship agreements with Renewal by Anderson and Spitzer Toyota were highlighted, bringing in $36,000 in alternative revenue. A credit recovery proposal was discussed, addressing the Plum Digital Learning Academy and summer recovery programs, with considerations for student accountability and financial responsibility. The board met in executive session on December 3rd, December 11th, and December 18th to discuss matters of personnel, negotiations, and student confidentialities. Student features included recognition of members of the lady mustangs soccer team and the boys soccer team. An additional agenda item was added to set the substitute bus driver rate at $14.50 per hour effective immediately. Discussions included facility use applications, a right-of-way easement, and demolition and construction agreements for Adelaide Stephenson Elementary School.
