The meeting agenda includes voting on the approval of the previous board meeting minutes, general fund encumbrances, and building fund encumbrances. Discussions and possible actions will be taken on fundraising requests, adding a sub-account for middle school art, increasing the estimate of needs, a memorandum of understanding for academic credit options, the FY25 Teacher Empowerment Program, employment of a financial consultant, gifted and talented committee members, the emergency operations plan, the estimate of needs and sinking fund schedule, and employment of high school staff. An executive session will be held to discuss employment matters and the superintendent's quarterly evaluation.
