The Health Care District of Palm Beach County seeks a single broker to market, list, and manage the sale of two surplus 1999 Sikorsky S-76C+ helicopters and associated spare parts. The six-month exclusive engagement includes asset review and valuation, due diligence and inventory, marketing, buyer communications, inspections, closing and transfer coordination, and removal of sold assets within seven days, with compensation based on commission and/or a fixed fee using an assumed $1.2 million sales price. Proposals are due September 9, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.; attendance at the mandatory pre-proposal conference on August 26, 2026, is required, and questions are due August 28, 2026.
